1. 30-Day Return Policy
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
If your item is defective, damaged, or not as expected, you may request a replacement or a full refund within this period.
2. Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for any non-defective item in original, unused condition.
To be eligible for a return:

Item must be in its original packaging

Must not show signs of wear or damage

Must include proof of purchase (order confirmation or packing slip)
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

3. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:

A refund will be processed to your original payment method

It may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll make it right immediately — either by sending a replacement or issuing a full refund.
