Promotional codes or discounts cannot be applied retroactively.
In case of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel or adjust the order after notifying you.

10. Pre-Orders

Some items on our site may be marked as Pre-Order. If your order includes a pre-order item:

Please allow up to 25 business days for production before shipping.
Shipping times will begin after the production period ends.
If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, we may hold the full shipment until all items are ready. Contact us at hi@eziolife.com if you would prefer to split the shipment (additional charges may apply).
